Chef Aless catering began in 2010 when chef was still running her family business, Mon Petit Cafe, a small bistro on the upper east side of Manhattan.
The catering company is full service offering staff, rentals, florals and is a one stop shop for events.
Currently the company operates from Brasserie: by Chef Aless in Massapequa where Chef and her husband Justin have opened a beautiful, large French restaurant.
Chef Aless caters all styles of events from intimate gatherings to large upscale events for hundreds of guests. The company also travels for catering and has experience with pop-up kitchens and working remotely.
Chef Aless learned to cook growing up in the New York City restaurant industry. Growing up, she spent summers with her grandparents in their vineyard in France. On their farm, she learned a lot about farm-to-table and how less ingredients can sometimes mean more.
She has a true passion for French food, though, since the closure of Mon Petit Cafe, she has taken on world cuisines and enjoys everything from summer grilling to a Mexican fiesta.
