It all started when...

I began catering with the company kitchit. After my first event I realized that I enjoyed the setting; I could be creative and different. I love the menu planning, collaboration with the client, and the execution of game day. I find my job to be consistently new, exciting, and find fulfillment working with people. My passion lies with French cuisine, though I have a penchant for incorporating international flavors and new trends into the art of cooking
